Today is day 8 of my fitness transformation journey. Yesterday I took complete day off.
Back session completed. 5 exercises done:
- Pull Ups
- Lat Pull Downs
- Single arm Rows
- Seated Row
- Bent Over Rows
Week 2 feels so much better, power is coming back properly!
