We have a livestreaming platform on our blockchain for quite some time - vimm.tv. The livestreaming works very well. The disadvantage is that vimm.tv doesn't have any recordings at the moment. But this is still to come. Maybe Hive account@chiren can tell you more about it.

Otherwise you have of course the possibility to record yourself during streaming and upload the replay for example at DTube.
