As 2018 is approaching, I thought it would be fitting to provide some fitness videos, so we can all stay healthy and take care of our bodies. One of the most important activities you can do to stay healthy is to stretch!
Of course, it's always way more fun when you have a partner in crime to work with, so and I have a short series of partner stretches we will be teaching you. Today, I will be releasing the first video, and tomorrow she will be showing you another set of partner stretches.
Here is a sneak peak of the type of stretches you will be working on (be sure to watch the dtube video for instructions)...
This will help you work on your forward bend.
In this move, you will stretch out your sides while also working on your middle split.
Press on the back for a deeper front split!
Use counterbalance to stretch!
