Steemy friends,

I have a hot new producer on board for my film, a plan to shoot before Christmas and lots of info shared in this video! My short film Barbara-Anne is going to be a reality and I need YOU to help make it happen.

The more passionate I become about Steem and the more my film develops I realize that this isn't just about me making a movie- it's about me sharing Steem with my community and inspiring new people to join this platform and thrive creatively. The inspiration and support I feel here is what is helping my WHOLE PROCESS along. It is keeping me accountable, excited and also fundraising. It is so soooo special!

When I first came on I didn't know ANYONE and was fortunate enough to receive a free ticket to the Steem Creators Conference. Since then - the people I have met there have given me so much support and encouragement and I've made lots of new pals. I hope that by making Barbara-Anne with Steem I will be able to invite new people to join and promote and support them straight out the gate so they don't get lost in the shuffle...Like my friend Hive account@theexaminedlife who made over $30 on her first post and had over 1000 upvotes SLAY WOMAN!!! (I made like 7 cents on mine! haha)

I am following through with what I pitched back at The Steem Creators Conference in TO to make cinematic content powered by Steem. Since then I have realized that Hive account@brian-rhodes has made that happen (and possibly others) which just makes me even more sure and inspired that Steem has the POWER to support artists/creators in a new and innovative way.
