Good morning/ evening all. I'm come again with #dmeditation to Dtube community. I've started promote #Steem and #Dtube on Twitter using both hashtags. Pranayama is a eastern yoga technique. Currently more peoples faced huge mental problems under working stress condition. They have concern lot and final result will be get down their life. It's bad action of community. In this condition I give big solution for leave from stress. You want to spend only 5 minutes per day. Early morning time or evening time you can select for do yoga meditation.
Firstly you need to take breath, keep hold and finally breath our with noise like as Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. It's hornet's noise. I showing you how to do 'Brahmari Pranayama* very clearly. You want to watch and listen it. Finally you can leave from mental problems.
