Hello good morning Dtubers,
Today Sunday so I have free time for made combination yoga poses of my wife's house. I do Halasana pose long time and finally I did better. I can't satisfy my current flexibility. But after continuous practice we can get best flexibility. This poses is combined one. Those three steps go further with step by step. Basically 6 times per day enough to do. After catch better you can increase.
If you like to keep your age like young level you can do these yoga poses and eat nutritious foods. Look forward and enjoy.
