I demonstrate and explain this advanced kickboxing combination on the heavy bag.
Like any training it's smart to build up in stages so learn the combination in parts and go slowly before you add speed. This way you make sure that you wont lose balance and increase your risk of injury.
Switching stance and hitting is an advanced skill because it requires better balance and co-ordination. If you aren't used to it I really recommend that you just take your time. Get it feeling right, make sure it's smooth before going too fast.
You can even treat each stage as a round in itself and keep working each part over and over for a few minutes. This way you can build a whole workout around improving your technique and conditioning.
