So, I do hope you're well... but I am not at all well. I've had a headcold for 4 or 5 days, and it's been a little rough. My head is killing me at the moment, but it has made me appreciate that I haven't really been sick much for the past 4 years. I've gotten lots of headaches, but they're usually help-caused through jarring my neck through various activities (flights, laches, etc).
I did want to share that the general rule that I've heard about training while sick is that anything above the neck is fine... headaches, headcolds, sore throats, etc... but anything in the stomach or chest and you should probably take the time off or training might make you worse.
Not that I have any interesting in training now... at all... but I thought I'd share that with you all.
