I'm always fascinated with the effect that food has on my training and my body. I've tried lots of different diets and eating strategies to see what works best. Obviously most have different pros and cons, and they work differently for different people at different times... so it's important to try a diet for 30 days at least to see how it works for your life, and how your body reacts to it.
I am super disciplined when it comes to going to the dentist every 6 months, and so I've noticed the different effects that diets have on my teeth. Some unexpected results for sure.
