Hi friends :)
I decided to give myself a bit of a break today, as I woke up quite sore today. My shoulder's not been too happy with the handstands unfortunately, it seems I am pushing a bit too hard. So I'll be taking a break from those for a few days. I think my substitutions were still decently challenging, I do like the overhead squat.
