Today, in a short period of time three different, truly 100% electric cars have caught my eyes.
First was Nissan Leaf (there are quite a few of them driving in my city), then Volkswagen e-up!, and finally a gorgeous BMW i8.
I thought then "here we are, in the new age of electric vehicles...".
And a long time no-heard song by Eddy Grant ringed in my mind. An epic "Electric Avenue".
By the time Eddy put his wonderful song in the top places of world music charts (1982), I was yet a 28 year young, single, long haired hippie, listening in the evenings to a "208-RadioLuxembourg" music station.
It was possible only in the late evenings, when the radio propagation on a "medium waves" opened to Western Europe.
And that was practically the only reliable and regular source of world music news. We were still living behind the "iron courtain" of Soviet regime.
Jesus, how all things have changed....
I came home, downloaded and installed Wondershare Filmora soft (which I have never used before), and mastered this clip. Sure, some video transitions, titles, and sound track should make my daily dashcam clips a bit more pleasant to watch. And there is yet so many to learn on that FILMORA app.
This is just my very first try with it.
Enjoy it!
[only i8 was captured, VW and Nissan just did not made it, on my card. This video was shooted today Aug 28, 2017]
