I woke up this morning at 8:30 am to get my workout in. Yesterday I had this mega allergic reaction to god knows what and my eyes and face got swollen right after my workout. I woke up this morning with some swollen eyes but I wanted to workout anyway.
4 minutes into my warm up I didn’t feel right and my cheeks started puffing up again so I stopped. So decided to make a vlog and just relax until my next client at 4pm. After training my client I felt back to normal and decided to do a quick workout.
I was feeling frustrated that I could do this video for you guys this morning, I almost felt like a failure. I’m so happy I feel better and got this done today. I have following me now because she has a fitness new year resolution and I don’t want to let anyone down! Although I know health comes first.
Heres my workout:
20 Min Walk/Jog at 4.0 MPH
Circuit:
20 Dumbell Plank Rows using 5lbs each
30 Bear Crawl Shoulder Taps
10 Stationary Lunges + Tricep Extension (Using two 5Lb Dumbbells), Each Leg
20 Hip Thrusts (Using two 5LB Dumbbells)
In that order, repeat 3x
I like circuit training because I feel as if I burn more fat and have more energy to do each exercise, rather then burnt out after doing one set of the same exercise. Circuit training works best if you are doing multiple exercises that target different parts of the body. For example:
Circuit 1
Exercise A - Upper Body
Exercise B - Lower Body
Exercise c - Core
