Yesterday I did circuit training, which is when you do 3-4 exercises consecutively and then repeat that 2-4 times. (Thats my poor summarized definition). I had a great workout and I pushed myself because I was feeling 100%.
My workout:
20 Min warm up on the treadmill at 3.5 MPH
Circuit 1:
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Half Burpee + Incline Push up
10 Low Squats
x3
Circuit 2:
12 (Each Side) Squat Press with 5 LB Kettle Bell
10 (Each Leg) Single Leg Stand with 5LB Kettle Bell - Sooo hard
15 Push Ups
x3
15 Min HIIT (1 min walk at 3MPH followed by 1 min run at 6MPH)
For my cool down I got on my inversion table for about 5 Minutes. I think I will make an article about all the benefits of inverting soon!
Calories Burned: Approximately 600
Duration of workout: Approximately 1hr and 20 min (I left my fitbit running by accident)
