This circuit is a clip from yesterdays workout, I was in a rush so I was only able to record this portion of my workout! I also didn’t have all the time to add a voice over and all the instructions - but in the future videos I will make sure I make enough time. Anyway, I really enjoyed this workout because it was challenging and new. I only used the bar because it was challenging enough, as I build strength I will add more weight.
