I've always had an interest in outdoor climbing, so when the opportunity came up during my visit to Acadia National Park, Maine to climb with a guide, I jumped on it! This was the second time I ever climbed outdoors - the first time with my sister at the same park. This climb began with a descent and rappel down the side of the cliff. Rappelling was such a neat feeling but a little scary as well. The scenery at the Otter Cliffs is absolutely stunning, and I really enjoyed my half day of rock climbing -it makes me feel alive and adventurous! My muscles were really sore by the end. Here's a documentary video I put together of the first route. Thanks for watching and steem on friends!
Love,
JESS
