Yesterday marks the first week of January, and the first week of my Red January!

Personally, I've been enjoying it so far
I've been doing a different work out every day this week
Day 1: 30 min Cardio Boxing
This was my favourite workout of the week, so will definitely use that again next week.
Day 2: 15 min Run + 10 min yoga
This run was painful, because it was effing freezing outside that day! Will do another run this week for sure.
Day 3: 5 mile walk
We were away in Bristol for a night, so this was all touristy walking exercise, plus lots of carrying my little one because she was moody af that day.
Day 4: 6 mile walk
Same as yesterday, plus lots of uphill walking
Day 5: 30 min Abs and Booty-Toning
I'm still sore from this one. It was a really good tough workout. Will do this again this week!
Day 6: 20 min Zumba Cardio + 10 min Yoga
Only picked this one to take it easy from all the pain. It was alright..
Day 7: 15 min No jumping HIIT workout + Lots of running around in the park with the kids
Actually pretty good. Was very chilled, but still had a good burn at times.
I loved the variation, which is also 's strategy to keep herself motivated to stick to this January challenge!
I'll be mixing it up again for this week: Day 8-Day 14

Hoping I manage to keep up with the momentum and stick it out through January, and hopefully throughout 2019.
I want to make sure I am doing my part this year in keeping to a higher vibration!
