Painting Rolling Hills in Lawrence, New Zealand - DTube Video

This is a quick clip of a plein air painting I did yesterday of the view of rolling hills and distant mountains painted from the small village of Lawrence. Lawrence is an old gold mining town in the south island of New Zealand.

My artist friend has recently moved to the area and this view is just outside of where he lives. I love the rolling hills and the pine trees in the distance. I painted this art work in oils.
