Hi "old boy", cool review and nice to hear that someone who seems to be a hard core meat eater could enjoy a vegetarian alternative, because beef especially is an environmental disaster - plenty of GHG, tons of water, reckless deforastion, and with industrial farming animals are now "produced" rather than bred - this definitely needs to change. Being a vegetarian now almost vegan for more than 5 years, I have somewhat forgotten what actual meat tastes like, but definitely look forward to try one of these, and maybe trick some meat lovers friends with it ...ha ha!
