Art of Living : An Important Life Lesson .

Few years ago, I attended a session of "Art of Living". This is an amazing community , who teaches the best way to lead a Happy Life. My first day lesson that I still remember is Expectation Reduces Joy. This is a secret taught in that session to enjoy a happier life.
