This is a song I wrote many years ago with my old band. This song is about winter in particular about places where it is cold in winter therefore exercise decreases while eating and drinking increases. Winter is tied to solitude as you don't want to go out cause its cold and miserable so you stay indoors and surround yourself with warm comfort foods and a few beers to take away the boredom.
