(Tutorial) Fix Google Chrome with Random Characters/Symbols

This is a detailed tutorial I made to fix the problem that a lot of people have when their Google Chrome Browser starts displaying webpages like facebook, google, youtube, and twitter with random symbols such as

��a��d�@F��F��a��
��a�F��F��d�@�d�@�.

Step 1. Close Chrome

Step 2. Delete Everything in the User Data Folder after making a backup (optional)

Step 2. Open up chrome

Step 3. Use Youtube, Facebook, and Google again!

User Data Folder: C:\Users\[Your Name Here]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data
