It is irrelevant if this virus is a bio weapon or not. The bottom line is that, in its current state, it would make a great bio weapon. The problem with this is that, China has now effectively provided everyone in the world a chance to collect and deploy this bio weapon for any reason they see fit. After this fuckup, we can now all posses a personal WMD.
