Today I made a cucumber Greek salad! It was amazing and refreshing! Here's the recipe if you're interested! It was also rewarding because most everything was from the garden. Makes ya feel good! Add more of whatever you want. These measurements are what I used for myself. Thanks for watching!
2 small cucumbers
6-7 cherry tomatoes
Sliced olives
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup feta
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
