The holidays are a horrible time for Scott and I when it comes dieting. Both of us were raised to eat all of the holiday favorites so it is really hard to ignore them, therefore we just don't focus on the diet at that point. Unfortunately, we are now feeling our clothing is a bit constricted. We only have three days and then we have to get focused again so, January 1 we will be focusing on the diet again and I will be working at getting 5,000 steps everyday. Thanks to the app, I am able to see where I am with the steps. It makes it very simple.
