Have you heard of DTube, a blockchain based platform video platform.
Let's not talk about the complicated terms here like block-chain, centralization or decentralization.
Let's directly compare between youtube and dtube for developers or youtubers on other words.
EARNING
Earning is the top most factor for any full time youtuber or blogger.
If you are developers you must know that recent change in youtube terms and condition and almost dropped the earning of youtubers almost 30-70% and most of the people are not happy with it. while dtube reward you in form of steem and SBD which are precious coins you can do many actions with those coins but we will discuss that later.

Human being learn from their mistakes, but youtube specially adsense will not give you chance to learn from mistakes because once you made mistake like copyright issues or anything your account may be suspended,
On Dtube let's say i upload 4 videos and one of them is negative in terms of anything, users will downvote that specific video, offcourse it will impact your reputation but the earning from all other good product will not vanish and you are free to get paid.
