Right on. I think that if steem is to grow, it will be because content creators and websites can invest in steem power as a means to drive the engagement that one would pay to obtain otherwise.
Most websites have time-on-site as their primary measure of success, which is then converted into revenue from people clicking on ads, etc. If Steem Power can be used to obtain engagement, and the website also has extra business models on top of it, it can be a very lucrative asset in today's digital economy.
So I follow your example myself :)
