What's up Dtube, My name is Harshil Patel and today I want to talk about a topic I think a lot of people deal with: SEASON DEPRESSION
For the first 6 weeks of travel, I was in Thailand where there was nothing but sunshine. But since moving to Europe, I have seen a lot of clouds. I think the rain, the cold, and the clouds has got me feeling sad and down.
But I pushed myself to get my physical health up: WENT ON A RUN THIS MORNING
I notice that when it's cloudy outside, I try to double down on what I eat and being physically fit daily. It helps a ton.
Tips I have used personally:
