What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, i went to the therapist this morning and she taught me theraputic tool number 3 figured I would do a quick snap and share them with you. It’s always a challenge to apply these tools in my day-to-day life but I have seemingly been able to and is helping so I feel it’s a message worth passing on.
Number One
Imagine a container with a release value you can contain your feelings, emotions, thoughts for later review. It’s not like burying your feelings rather just putting them away so you may continue through life with the intention in coming back to them when your ready and it will not interfere with the situation at hand.
Number Two
Imagine putting out an energy field of protection, influencing how you cunduct yourself and the world around you. Something as simple as blessing your car and those on the road before even starting the engine, wish the best for your own journey and all you may encounter.
Number Three
Taking a moment of reflection imagine drawing in from the top of your head positive energy and how it encompasses your entire being. Identify the parts which still remain negative and perceive how they are influenced by the incoming positive.
I am not certain what I think about this whole energetic healing still but I am taking my therapists tools and practicing them in day-to-day life and they feel as if they help me. The problem for me extends from the feelings and emotions usually not the thoughts so it seems logical to work on healing myself from a feeling perspective.
