A question for @dustbunny about dust cleaning

Nowadays I upvote a lot of comments to encourage engagement. But nowadays my upvote is worth less than a cent ($0.01).

Will Hive account@dustbunny "clear the dust" at least on some of these comments?

In the past I remember seeing that the bunny upvoted comments that I upvoted to make them reach the payout threshold.

Do they (the comments) have/need to reach $0.01 pending payout? Are the authors of the comments have/need to be on some kind of list (maybe a whitelist)?

I am just not sure how it works, but I say thank you for this beautiful community supporting initiation.
