I find Amsterdam to be a very inclusive city. There's something in it for everyone. AMS central is not only an iconic place but it's the hub for trains, metro, bus and some ferry services as well.
My travel around Netherlands always involved going to and from central. Of course once I must have crossed this place 5-6 times. Maybe even more.
Important tourist attractions are nearby which makes it a convenient place.
One of those moment when you look up to see a completely blue sky. It's so hard to imagine this in cities such as Delhi when the smog is really bad.
It made the feel very happy about my decision to travel to the Netherlands. I always felt the Dutch country was an incredible place and after coming here on multiple trips I feel its true.
The other thing I was quite pleased about was the use of Mercedes-Benz buses for public transportation. Back in the day in India spotting this brand itself was a luxury. However now its a different scenario. Netherlands has excellent transportation. I'd say its as good as the local transportation in my city in India where all nook and corners are covered.
