This week end adventure is unplanned 😁, supposedly we will go to a certain mountain in northern part mindanao for a day hike, but unfortunately on Saturday evening some of our friends declined because they have another business to attend, so i suggested to my remaining friends who are free that we will go to Panimahawa Nature Park (Cagayan De Oro City) for a river trek and canyoneering, so i ask one of my friend who already went there if he's free so that he can guide us during the trek.

Packed Lunch (preferred to eat breakfast first before the trek)

Camera/Phone
Power Bank

But most importantly you must be Physically Fit, this river trek from jump-off to exit is around 4 to 6 hours, but it will depend on your group phasing. In our case we finished the trek around 5 hours (including lunch break and another stuff like taking group pictures, selfies and videos). Also, make sure to bring your things as light as possible for your own convenience. 😊
