I don’t have much for eagle pictures although I often see the white head feathers of the bald eagle flying high in the sky. They are quite a few here on P.E.I.
This eagle was flying low over the small dam at Murray River while I was there trying to capture some photos of the Great Blue Herons wading in the Murray River.
Fact: A young bald eagle progressively changes until the feathers on the head turn white after five years.
