Forgive me if this is a remedial question but how do you feel this energy? What does it feel like to you? I have only started my journey to a more awakened state very recently, before which I was very resistant to anything that was not "scientific". Meditation seems to be the constant thread when talking about energies like this but it's hard to know whether or not I am tapping into these energies or not.
