The Earth Nation Steemit Guild Demystified. Exact Details on Author Payout Rates in USD!

This is an article that defines in exact detail how the Earth Nation Steemit Guild system works.

Our guild members share 5 or 9 votes a day in exchange for Guild Credits. These credits are then used to purchase boosts from the EN. During our boosting process we use our own accounts and leverage the highest return bots on Steemit. We also leverage subscription based services for our members, most notably Hive account@steembasicincome and Hive account@qurator.

Calculations were made considering 4 USD per SBD and 5 USD per Steem. The price of SBD/Steem is directly proportional to the profit ratios. If both currencies double in value, profits per boost/month will also double.

Every week, the Earth Nation Steemit Guild can distribute up to
40 minnow boosts (Cost 0.001 SBD and 5 GCs: NET Profit $0.10 USD)

At the Current rates users monthly payout is directly relative to SP held.

Of all of the boosts we can perform each month, 30% of them are dedicated to the creators of the guild. At this current time, Earth Nation and allies have invested nearly 250,000 USD into this system for exclusive usage for earth nation steemit guild members. Hive account@manfoundstanding, and Hive account@lilawishgenie are whitelisted exclusively for steemit guild members at the above rates. As the stake of other guild members increases, the system overhead will reduce to 15%.

10% of upvotes are reserved for Earth Nation members purchase with equality keys.
10% of upvotes are reserved for STADA for creating the guild system
10% of upvotes are reserved for EN Guild support team
10% of upvotes are reserved for the minnow feeding program

Over time, we intend to reduce the % reserved for Earth Nation and STADA to 7% each. We will also reduce % percentage given to the steemit support team until it is 1% or less.

This will reduce the system overhead from 40% to 25%. 10% of this 25% overhead is reserved solely to help our guild minnows grow.
