Ok, so here goes ~ I need to get back to eating REAL Food. I used to only eat food I could pronounce. My goal was if it had more than 3 ingredients on the label I wouldn't eat it. Well I have gotten out of this habit do to busy life style. I want to feel better and look better, so who's with me? I am going to start REAL Food July 2017 goal. I am going to try and remember to post what I am eating all month long, you guys hold me accountable (good-bye tortillas, I will miss you).
