To everyone who's battling severe depression with suicid@l thoughts you can beat this I had this for 13 over years I can't count the times where I want to end it. I can't count the times where I give up. I can't count the times where I self destruct. But man once you find a way to beat it your life is so different don't do the same things everyday.
- Get up in the morning get the morning sun 🌞
- Exercise or just move just walk daily
- Find anything to read anything that interest you you don't even need to finish the book just read the part where you like the most and be done with it 📚
- When you go to work go in front of a mirror and tell yourself you can do this Sh!t nothing can stop you but yourself.
- Scream and shout if you have to release get a pillow and scream into it trust me it works especially for me I don't do it as often anymore because I don't need it as much.
- vibrate your body jump shake stretch and do it till you feel good.
- lots of energy but don't know where to put it? Get a punching bag and gloves punch the sh!t out of the punching bag kick, knee, elbow the damn thing.
- find something that you're passionate about and monetize it because money does change your life opportunities is wider when you have money 💲 just keep doing this for few years you will see it make a plan
- lastly when you're blessed it's time to bless others when you achieve this then you did everything you could. Time to rest and unwind.
