It is just small baby
Here are the next pictures of the snake, but this one is very small, even so small that it's hard to see it on the ground as soon as you walk by, but sometimes I'm lucky and I see these tiny babies... They are so modest that they don't even understand what is dangerous yet, so it just sits on the ground and watches my movements, but doesn't bite because it doesn't know how to react yet.
It's a European viper, yes this species is poisonous and you shouldn't touch it if you don't want to be bitten, if you come across it, be brave and look, but keep enough distance.
