As Ramadan approaches, public cemeteries become a bit crowded with many people making pilgrimages to the graves. People come to cemeteries to pray for their deceased family members.
In the grave pilgrimage there is a so-called nyekar, which is sprinkling flowers on the grave. That's why there are many florists in public cemeteries.
