Among the organic shrub plants of tropical America that belong to the genus Capsicum, the most commercial is the chili bell pepper (Capsicum Chinense J) which is a material that is native to Venezuela and has a varied genetic range in relation to the type of fruit, color, size and shape of the fruit, height of the plant, among others. Therefore, in many parts of the country they are grown as perennial shrubs, with the disadvantage that it has a marked reduction in production from the third year, making it necessary to renew the crop from the third or fourth harvest.
▶ In this sense, the chili bell pepper (Capsicum chinense j), is a fruit of a herbaceous plant that receives the same name. It belongs to the Solanaceae family and specifically to the genus Capsicum.

Therefore, the Saponaceae constitute a family that includes about seventy-five (75) genera and about two thousand three hundred (2300) species of toxic alkaloids, including belladonna, mandrake and henbane. Hence, there are few marketable Saponaceae, among them are the chili, tomato and eggplant of great importance in food.
It is worth mentioning that the sweet bell pepper is a vegetable widely used in the culinary art of the East of the country as well as in other areas where it has spread. Its fragrance and typical flavor make it more preferred than paprika in the preparation of homemade tastes, sauces and soups.
In this way, it is used in the preparation of packaged sauces and later it is a product that can be dehydrated and ground to be used as a condiment. This crop is widely grown in the Oriente, where it is found in greater density, especially on Margarita Island and in the states of Monagas and Sucre.
