There the former KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov (also known as Tomas Schuman) explains the ways hostile subversive tactics work.
According to Schuman, the traditional battles on battlefield are a thing of the past. As stated by Sun Tzu centuries ago, the perfect outcome of a war is to defeat an enemy without a fight. The best way to do it is in the way of a mass brain washing.
Schuman describes four stages of subversion:
- Demoralisation [of a target nation]
- Escalation [of created conflicts]
- Crisis
- "Normalisation"
