FILLING
Half an onion finely chopped25ml chopped parsley
1 clove garlic crushed5OML fruit chutney
25ml cheddar cheese grated
BATTER
2 eggs150ml milk
100ml oil250ml self raising flour
1ml salt1ml seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 350. grease patty pans with margarine.
Blend all the ing for the filling together and set aside. Beat the eggs, milt and oil together. Sift together the flour, salt and seasoning salt and add to the egg mixture. Mix until smooth.
Drop a teaspoonful of the batter into each hollow of the patty pan. Drop a teaspoonful of the filling on top and top with the remaining batter. Bake for about 25 mins until done and golden brown. Serve hot. Makes 12 tartlets
