Windows operating system until now is still very dominant use in the majority of computers. And yet there is a significant competitor. Bill was often crowned as the richest man in the world. His assets are estimated at USD 61 billion.
"I am taking giant steps and soon ... If you are in the right place and time and have a vision of where new technology will go but you are not in action, you will never be successful," he said of his successful recipe.
Currently, Bill Gates is already retired in taking care of Microsoft. He chose to focus on humanitarian affairs at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation foundation.
Until 2007, the total donations given by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have reached USD 28 billion. The foundation is considered one of the most widely contributed money for humanitarian activities.
Bill Gates himself is reported to have given a large percentage of his wealth for philanthropy activities, by 48%. He joins other wealthy benefactors who also have similar footprints, such as Andrew Carnegie and Warren Buffet.
