In the hypothetical scenario that there IS enough evidence of suspicious ballots to send the election to the Supreme Court, I think the conservative Justices will still be inclined to favor Biden in their opinions.
Federal judges (and a lot of lawyers in general) basically worship the Supreme Court, and that doesn't stop when they are lucky enough to serve on it. There are many examples of Justices ruling against their own judgement for the sake of preserving the Court's reputation of impartiality. One of the most prominent recent examples of this is Roberts's deciding vote to uphold Obamacare in the Sibelius case.
That's not to say it guarantees an outcome in favor of Biden. I just think there will be a conscious effort NOT to visibly favor Trump, especially by Roberts and the three Trump-appointed Justices. Thomas and Alito, not so much.
My hope is that whatever evidence exists is so clear and incontrovertible that there's no room for these sort of reputational dynamics to have an effect, should this election end up in the hands of the Court.
