And do research on organizational structure, culture, and leadership through case studies in global companies, NPOs, etc.
I have a high curiosity, and I am happy to travel 4 to 5 times in and out of the country each year.
to explore culture, and to exchange cultures with the locals. The last country I visited was Estonia, an advanced country in IT.
In addition, I also have an interest in learning English and Chinese, and try to practice the language directly by communicating with the student coordinator from that country on my campus.
