I had the opportunity to tour the Arc'teryx Headquarters in Vancouver, Canada last night and attend an inspiring event all about empowering women in the outdoors.
I don't often discuss my day job, but I work for a great, 100% employee owned company that is a well-known brand in the outdoor industry. It was great to meet a bunch of inspiring thought leaders last night.
In this video, I recap a bit about the organization sponsoring the event and how I met the president of Arc'teryx. They have over 1000 employees in Vancouver, BC - and they are actually giving everyone a paid day off for "International Woman's Day" to celebrate the bad ass women in their life.
