Como dije anteriormente en mi presentación, estudió administración en mercadeo en la Universidad Experimental Simón Rodríguez, por ende me gustaría compartir un poco de lo que he aprendido allí.
As I said earlier in my presentation, I studied marketing management at the Universidad Experimental Simón Rodríguez, so I would like to share a little of what I have learned there.
Una de las cosas que hemos hablado es sobre las pymes, si no sabes de qué te estoy hablando acá te contextualizo un poco:
Una pyme es una pequeña empresa, se caracteriza por tener un reducido número de empleados y facturación, con límites definidos por cada país, quiere decir que por su poco presupuesto no tiene sedes, no exportan, por lo tanto se salvan de pagar diversos impuestos que empresas grandes si deben hacerlo, etc.
One of the things we have talked about is SMEs, if you do not know what I'm talking about here I contextualize a little:
An SME is a small company, is characterized by having a small number of employees and turnover, with limits defined by each country, it means that for its small budget does not have headquarters, do not export, therefore are saved from paying various taxes that large companies if they must do so, etc.
En lo personal consideró que pymes son fundamentales para la economía ya que generan empleo, proveen bienes y servicios básicos, contribuyendo al desarrollo económico local y nacional, además que gracias a su existencia no es imposible cumplir el sueño de "tener una empresa".
Pero bueno el punto no es ese, el motivo principal por lo quise redactar sobre esté tema, es porque realmente en la actualidad hay muchísimos emprendedores y las pymes son un vehículo para llevar a cabo y esas ambiciones y proyectos que tienen en mente, pueden brindar oportunidades de desarrollo tanto de habilidades como crecimiento personal.
Personally, I consider that SMEs are fundamental for the economy since they generate employment, provide basic goods and services, contributing to local and national economic development, and thanks to their existence it is not impossible to fulfill the dream of “having a company”.
But the point is not that, the main reason why I wanted to write about this topic, is because there are currently many entrepreneurs and SMEs are a vehicle to carry out and those ambitions and projects they have in mind, can provide opportunities for development of both skills and personal growth.
No es fácil, como todo tienes sus complicaciones pero si reflexionamos un poco, es un sueño no tan alejado de la realidad, obteniendo conocimientos y recursos puedes lograr esa mini empresa que tanto anhelas.
Esté en un breve resumen del tema, es mucho mas extenso, pero quise dirigirme mas a los emprendedores para darles motivación y que se instruyan para que sus negocios se expandan y alcancen otras barreras
It is not easy, as everything has its complications but if we reflect a little, it is a dream not so far from reality, obtaining knowledge and resources you can achieve that mini company that you long for.
This is a brief summary of the topic, it is much more extensive, but I wanted to address more to entrepreneurs to give them motivation and to instruct them so that their businesses expand and reach other barriers.
