- Fantastic weather : It is almost similar to Korea weather, but it is cooler. It is not damp at all in summer or rain.
- A two-hour distance from Vancouver, Canada. (by car)
- You can easily get yout Driver's license : If you show your Korean driver's license, they'll send your driver's license to the address after sight test.
