Background and Rationale

The younger generation is the foundation of the nation's hopes, it is in the hands of the younger generation that the ideals and hopes of the nation are entrusted by members of the community and only superior individuals can answer all the challenges of the times. As we know that Indonesia is one of the developing countries that has received enough global attention because of the multidimensional crises it is facing. Indonesia has homework to overcome all of these multidimensional problems.

To answer all these challenges must begin by changing the paradigm of conventional thinking into a modern and superior mindset. The superior young generation will certainly be formed from individuals who are trained with positive and creative stimulation during their growth years. There are many factors that support the success of a person to become a superior human being, one can say that the family environment is conducive, innovative education, and a living environment that can stimulate the talent and creativity of each individual.

Basically the above problems have become a dynamic that continues to occur on an ongoing basis, even some government policies have not been touched by all groups of people, especially those who are at an alarming standard of living. Therefore, it is time for the young generation to become the most important part in realizing the lives of people who have an equal level of social life.

Balanced can be interpreted with the harmony of people's lives in living life problems such as poverty, health, education, development of young people's potential, and social care. Poverty, health, education and self-potential development are basic problems that must be solved with a variety of pro-people policies. We have a very important role in achieving equal life goals.

In an effort to create a balanced community life, it is needed an institution or community that will help the community to get out of the problem. The community is a large family that has the same ideals and hopes.

Through our community we can build communication, relationships, and bonds of concern that exist between community members. Through our community we can achieve something that was never thought of before, even we can achieve things that were previously limited by certain policies.

Because we are driven by a strong zeal and a wiser way of thinking, we can cross that line. The community should be made as a big family with principles : transparent, mutually supportive, complementary, without limitation and unburdening bureaucratic policies. Because it is with these principles that we can achieve community goals to achieve Social equality.

Introduce the "@MenembusBatas" Community

"Menembus Batas" is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) which focuses on developing the potential of young people, education and social humanity (charity). At present "Menembus Batas" as a community with the main scope is in the three categories mentioned above. Gradually, "Menembus Batas" will become a legal entity institution with the status of a foundation. This will continue to be pursued by all members of our team. This community is based in the area of North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia.

We are here based on the above ideas and want to act more real to encourage a better standard of community life. "Menembus Batas" comes on voluntary initiatives that have been initiated since 2017. At first the development of this community concept was called Steemit For Humanity. The concept is based on cooperation between fellow Steemit community members to raise social funds. However, at that time the project was not going well. We have obstacles to raise funds from the Steemit community, because of the limited relationships and cooperation with various supporting platforms, it's a heartbreaking old story.

However, the failure did not break our spirits, since it was established we continued to carry out campaigns and conduct fundraising in real terms with conventional principles. We invite people around us to volunteer and work together to raise funds. We have traveled a long way, collecting funds carried out door to door, from one way point to another waypoint. Funds are collected to be donated transparently to communities in the North Aceh Region. We have also raised funds for several victims of natural disasters such as floods, landslides and earthquakes. We have also raised funds for the Myanmar immigration community in Aceh who were carried away by the waves of the sea due to the conflict in their country.

Not only that, our team consists of young people who have extraordinary enthusiasm and hopes. As the name "Menembus Batas", this Community is expected to become a community that can achieve amazing things and penetrate the boundaries of things that have never been thought of before, achieve the goal of realizing a better standard for people in Aceh. To achieve this goal "Menembus Batas" will move through digital platforms, local communities, social initiatives and training programs.

Activity Focus:

1. Volunteering

"Menembus Batas'' plans to expand community networks to several districts in Aceh. "Menembus Batas'' will recruit volunteers in several Regencies / Cities that have fundamental problems in accordance with the basic foundation of the formation of this community. The aim of this is to empower youth and mobilize them in voluntary actions that can have an impact on the surrounding environment at the local and national level. Until now, we have completed several projects involving the community and youths.

2. Training & Personal Development Activities

"Menembus Batas'' will cooperate with several agencies / institutions / communities to organize training activities for young people. This activity will be in the form of leadership training activities to workshops, seminars or talk shows in an effort to increase knowledge and develop the competencies and character of young peoples.

3. Conducting social and charitable activities through the program "Menembus Batas of Sharing" which includes:

Share with victims of natural disasters
Sharing school packages for the poor
Sharing basic food (food) to the community who need it/poor
Share cheerful with orphanage children
Sick people who really need funds quickly from poor families

4. Create an Education Portal

"Menembus Batas'' will utilize digital technology by creating websites and social media. "Menembus Batas'' strives to provide informative and educative content. Website "Menembus Batas'' will become one of the social media portals that wants to fight bad / bad information (hoaxes) that are currently spreading among young people, by presenting more actual and factual information ranging from community activities, insight into character development, content provision education, to about youth achievement. All content that is on the "Menembus Batas'' Website will also be published on the Steem Blockchain platform by utilizing a plugin from Steempress.

Team

Our team consists of young people who have talent, passion/spirit and experience. Although still very young, our team are people who have been heavily involved in several educational, humanitarian and environmental organizations. Social awareness, sensitivity and sense are the initial capital for building better community governance and impacting the general public. We have a Core team of six young people.

Saifurrazi, is the CEO & Founder of this project.

He is a student who is completing his education for a Law degree. He has led several local organizations engaged in education and humanity. He is also an educator for scouting, self-development and leadership education. He is also actively involved in several humanitarian organizations such as the "Indonesian Volunteer Society - Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT)".

Rizki Fauzan, who is the CIO of this project.

Has been a leader in one of the Indonesian Student organizations for the North Aceh region. He is also a student active in scouting education and Indonesian Generation organizations in the Lhokseumawe area. Currently he is studying for a bachelor's degree as an advocate.

Fauzan, is a CFO who has quite good experience in managing finances.

He is a scholar of Engineering who currently works for an electronic goods / services company. In the case of a technician he has succeeded in making a three-wheeled transportation device using electricity and wind. He has also been involved as a committee in several scouting education events. In addition, his knowledge of financial governance cannot be doubted.

Akmali, is an Advisor who has quite good experience in legal consultations.

He is a Law graduate who has completed his education at Malikussaleh University, located in North Aceh. Currently he is studying for his master's degree in Law. During his time as a student, he was also very actively involved in student organizations / internal-eksternal campus. He is also active as a companion for law students who are conducting research for their essay.

Adil Vakhri, is the Human Resource & Volunteer Coordinator on this project.

He is a young man who likes adventure, and travels. He is also active in a number of organizations that focus on the environment, such as 'Sahabat Lau'', "Turun Tangan Lhokseumawe'', and several other organizations that focus on the field of education. He has also been involved in the "Anti-Narcotics Ambassador" and "North Aceh Ambassador" events. Currently he is studying for a bachelor's degree as an Information and Technology expert. He has a good enough network to recruit volunteers in the North Aceh-Lhokseumawe region.

Riski Farianda, is a Creative Promoter who has talents in the field of graphic design.

He has a high enough spirit and never despaired to always ask about the development of this community. He is also often trusted to be a documentation team in several campus activities. He is also an active student in scouting education and volunteers of "Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT)" for the North Aceh region. At present he is studying for a bachelor's degree as an educator.

Our profile is not very important compared to what we have and will do for the people through this community. Experience has given us many lesson to be individuals of character and wisdom. The most important thing is we have people with generosity always with us. They are students who work voluntarily to develop this community. Although constrained by the aspect of funding, they are always optimistic to do good, sharing smiles and happiness with some of the less fortunate people in this life.

New Challenges and Hope

We have new hope to build this community so that it can be recognized by the wider peoples. On the one hand we have difficulties in funding, funding is collected and distributed to the community, so we have not been able to carry out the activities that we have planned for a long time.

At this stage we carried out a campaign on Steem Blockchain to raise funds. These funds will be used to create community events and grand opportunity presentations to community. The main purpose of this activity is to provide insight to youth, promote the community, raise funds, and find donors.

This event is called "Charity & Workshop Event Menembus Batas 2020". This event will include several activities, including:

1. Grand Opportunity Community & Presentation Menembus Batas

2. "4.0-based Technology Engineering Workshop"

3. Blood donation

4. Fundraising for school packages for high-achieving and poor students

5. Pomosi & Meet Up Steemians

Related to this event will be specifically explained at a later stage, we are preparing a presentation for this.

This activity is planned to be attended by more than 150 participants consisting of youth, students, and also invited several officials in the government of North Aceh and Lhokseumawe, as well as 30 Volunteers, and 20 Organizers. After conducting discussions and consultations, to carry out this event we need a large enough cost. This amount is quite large if it is converted to Rupiah (IDR), we need funds of more than 10 million Rupiah. However, we have tried to save money by collaborating with several local communities. We will carry out this activity in mid 2020.

Based on the final calculation, we will need a fund of $ 712 USD which will be used for several purposes, including:

In the post update we will publish various posts, including post education, community activities, volunteers, the activities of the founders and team members, as well as our opinions on politics, social, education, economics and humanity.

In the end we hope that this program will be carried out according to what we have planned. Hopefully the funds will be collected soon before the schedule we have set. We expect all forms of support from all parties to carry out this activity.
