It has been a while since I logged on here. We are getting some nice weather and I'm taking advantage of it. I didn't do much last summer while recuperating from the stroke. I'm currently down 85 pounds with 15 left to get to my goal. In 10 more pounds I'm buying all new clothes. That will be the first time that fasting has cost me money! My top goal is 168 so I'll blow past that to 160 to leave some room for fluctuation with the low number set at 152. Losing weight using fasting is like hunting mice with a shotgun, but I ain't complaining!
