So the exclusive moment is a quick baptism that we have taken out of our sleeves to give it an identity, but also because it is an easy cocktail to prepare and that will recharge your batteries after a hard day's work. Ingredients for four cocktails
20 cl of Geneva (recommended: G'Vine)
12 Basil Leaves
20 cl lemon juice
20 cl of lime juice
4 tablespoons sugar
Ice
Preparation: put the basil leaves in the shaker with the four spoonfuls of sugar and crush the mixture. Add ice. Put in the gin, the lemon juice and the lime juice. Quantities are specified for four people, but if you don't like strong cocktails, you can play with the lemon juice and sugar measures. Once we have all the ingredients in the shaker, shake well and serve unfiltered in glasses with ice. The decoration is personal, but bearing in mind that the most exotic ingredient is basil, it is advisable to scent the whole with some leaves. You can also use a slice of lime, for those who like acid flavors. The result is magnificent.
